User Obligations

Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

Age Restriction: Users must be at least 18 years of age

User Conduct:* Users agree not to use eQuip for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms.

Rental Agreement

All rental transactions are binding agreements between the renter and the host/owner. eQuip is not a party to these transactions.

Payments and Fees

eQuip charges a standard 5% transaction processing fee, any fees charged by the app, are the responsibilities of users regarding payments. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Renters may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reservation start date. If a deposit was charged, it will be refunded in full. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the reservation start date, the renter will be charged a 20% cancelation fee.

Liability and Dispute Resolution

eQuip is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app. Any disputes between users should be resolved directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on eQuip, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of eQuip or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination and Suspension

eQuip reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if they violate these terms.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

eQuip may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
